Working with industrial software can be challenging at times.

They were using a desktop application to manage their manufacturing processes, but as more users joined, the solution started to outgrow itself. The need for quick access, updates, and collaboration was becoming increasingly frustrating for the client.

That’s why the client decided to move to a web-based version. We were responsible for the frontend development as part of a larger team, with the goal of creating a flexible, user-friendly web solution that meets the demands of today’s manufacturing processes. Now, users can access the system from anywhere, anytime, which has significantly improved efficiency.

Smart and Convenient

We had the chance to work with iBASEt, a company that specializes in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Our main focus was on giving their existing system a fresh, modern frontend to improve efficiency on the production lines. We were responsible for the frontend development as part of a larger team, making sure the system was user-friendly and could keep up with the fast-paced manufacturing environment.

One cool thing we worked on was a feature to track how materials degrade when exposed to environmental factors. This helps ensure that materials aren’t used if they’ve been exposed for too long, preventing any poor-quality products from being made.

A major part of the project was also helping iBASEt move multiple components from their old desktop application to a web-based version, giving the system more flexibility and accessibility for users. Now, people can access it from anywhere, anytime.
