The New Life of Keyboards – How We Help Keyboardprint in the Global Journey of Laptops

We have been working with Csaba and his team for years, and recently they approached us with a problem you might never have heard of as a layperson – the hidden challenges of reselling used laptops. Retailers sell laptops in bulk, take them back after a certain period, and then put them back on the market. These machines begin a new life in different parts of the world. The problem? No one likes using a keyboard with characters they don’t recognize. This is where Keyboardprint comes in, professionally reprinting these keyboards to meet local needs.

Our role was to help them by not only refreshing their visual identity but also developing an efficient, easy-to-use website through which they can smoothly communicate with their clients.

Seamless Solutions with Webflow – Behind the Scenes of a Webdesign Project

In our collaboration, the main challenge was to find a framework that requires minimal maintenance, is easy to manage, and performs quickly. We helped them choose Webflow as the ideal solution for this.

We started by getting a thorough understanding of their services – Digital Reprint, Remote Print, and Factory Repaint – to ensure we could communicate them clearly to customers. Once we had a solid grasp of the services, we shifted our focus to understanding the clients’ needs, so we could present the offerings in a meaningful way.

After this, we began content planning while simultaneously working on the wireframes. Once the content and wireframes were ready, we moved on to the visual design. Our goal was to reflect the team’s attitude through the design: clean, yet playful and youthful, with bold contrasts and rounded shapes.

Throughout the design and site-building process, we paid special attention to the mobile view. Since most visitors encounter the service at an annual expo, it was crucial that the mobile version delivered all the necessary information seamlessly.

For the expo, we also designed various promotional materials and created a service explainer video that could loop beside the booth, helping visitors understand what Keyboardprint is all about.
